I am a people watcher. Wherever I go I observe them: is there a sparkle in their eyes? How do they express them selves, move or just hang out their arms.

It is  the essence of a person I try to cath on canvas.

Portrait will never be a copy of a photograph. It is important to combine art, likeness and character. People who wish to be painted either pose or let me take some typical photographs of them. This way even a person with a limited amount of time can be portrayed.

Portrait is a treasure weather it hangs on a wall at home or at an office.
